    • Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
      • Under general supervision, monitor and reconcile job tickets to field job data, maintain SAP job data and prepare customer invoices efficiently and correctly into the system.
      • Ability to organize, multitask and strong attention to detail. Prepares accounting statements and reports related to billing.
      • Reviews journal entries. Analyzes financial statements and reports.
      • Coordinates accounting needs with other departments or locations.
      • Coordinates with the other offices on paperwork / billing needs. Handles multiple high level accounts and is able to communicate with the customer.
      • May verify information, maintain files and assist in the preparation of reports.
      • Handles special projects as assigned.
    • ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENT
      • Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA).
      • Min. 5 years working in experience in Accounting
    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to internal and external parties
      • Good analytical skills.
      • Demonstrates strong process improvement experience.
      • Knowledge of month end closing and accounting.
      • Strong background in financial accounting processes is an added advantage.
      • Knowledge of EDI invoice processing a plus.(preferably SAP).
      • Ability to organize work and prioritize. Excellent communication skills.
      • Ability to organize, multi task and strong attention to detail. Work well in firm dead line environment.
      • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
      • Good working knowledge of Ms Office application particularly Excel and Word.
